SHIPPING POLICY
We ship art with love — and lots of bubble wrap. Once you place an order, we typically need 3–5 business days to prepare your piece (especially if it’s made-to-order or needs framing). After that, shipping takes around 3–7 business days within the U.S., and 7–21 days internationally. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your art hits the road, and yes, it’s fully insured. We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and beyond — if your country’s not listed, just ask us! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we sometimes offer free shipping on select items (watch for that). Customs fees for international orders are up to the buyer, so check your local policies if needed. Every piece is packed carefully — rolled, flat, or boxed depending on size and format — so it arrives ready to hang (or at least admire).
RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind? No worries — you’ve got 14 days after delivery to return your artwork. Just email at micene@micene.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it. Art must be in original condition (no wine stains, please).
Custom, made-to-order, and digital pieces are final sale — unless they arrived like they went through a blender (in which case, send pics within 48 hours). Return shipping’s on you unless we messed up. Refunds are processed once the piece returns safely. Questions? Just ask — we don’t bite.
